Eight years of training, two degrees, commercial and historical masonry experience, and one very clear reason he started his own business. Here is the story.
Meet Stan, Owner of LBE Masonry His Hands Tell a Different Story.
Stan chose masonry on purpose. He started at Lebanon CTC, graduated with a masonry certificate, then went straight to Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology and earned his Associate’s degree in Masonry Construction.
His first summer of college he interned at The Witmer Group — a respected commercial construction firm in the region. He did good enough work that they hired him full-time after graduation. He spent the next several years doing commercial masonry and completed the full apprenticeship program while working there.
In 2022 his son was born and Stan decided it was time to build something of his own. Before opening up he spent nearly a year at a residential historical masonry company specifically to sharpen his restoration skills — because commercial work and historical work are two different animals, and he wanted to know both.
He opened Levchuk Building Enterprise in early 2023. Everything from school, from Witmer Group, and from restoration work went into it.
